Jazz sensation Jamie Cullum has been booked to provide the musical entertainment on the night.
Swindon-explorer David Hempleman-Adams OBE is said to be saddened, however, that he cannot attend due to his commitment to a current expedition on Mount Everest.
Prince Charles, who lives nearby in Tetbury, will also not be attending.
