Shaking Hands With A Football Legend
The day the late, great Eusebio visited Castrol in Swindon
Tributes have poured in today for the legendary footballer Eusebio, who has sadly died aged 71.
The Benfica playmaker won nearly everything in the game including the European Cup and European Footballer of Year. He was also top scorer at the World Cup in 1966.
After his career finished in the early 70s he became a wordwide brand ambassador for Castrol. And where this picture was taken in 1992, at Castol's Burmah House HQ in Old Town, when he visited to meet staff and sign autographs.
Many thanks to Brian Carter of Carter Collectables, seen here shaking hands with the man himself, for this picture.
