The Shadow Chancellor was at Christchurch Community Centre in Old Town today to support the local Labour Parliamentary candidates, Anne Snelgrove and Mark Dempsey.

 

Joined by Shadow Business Secretary Chuka Umunna, Mr Balls gave a press conference to announce Labour's support for small businesses and the key issue of Business Rates, which his party plan to reduce by increasing Corporation Tax to 21%.
