Two of Swindon's top business personalities spoke today at the second annual Swindon Strategic Economic Partnership (SSEP) conference.
Fionnuala Earley, Chief Economist at Nationwide, gave her expert opinion on the future impact of the credit crunch on Swindon businesses. And Jamie Murray Wells spoke of why he chose Swindon as the headquarters of his fast-expanding online company, Glasses Direct.
They were joined by over a hundred business owners and leaders, who alongside Council representatives and Swindon MP Anne Snelgrove, gathered to learn how the SSEP was building on its aim to make Swindon 'the best British business location'.
