Sports Injuries 

Sports are a great way to stay in shape and to get involved in a fun activity.
 
Unfortunately, some of the occupational hazards of participation include minor injuries - everything from a cut to a sprained ligament.
 
So if your new resolve to get in shape has left you with a pulled muscle or sprained ankle, get down and see a specialist as quick as you can.
 
And don't even think about training if you've hurt yourself. It simply isn't worth it!
