Reflecting the enormously wide appeal of Terry Pratchett's story, is the age range of the cast! The young lady in the woolly hat here is Abbi Davey who plays the Doorknocker. At the tender age of 9, she's already appeared in numerous stage productions, including OTTC's Short Story Adaptation for the Swindon Festival of Literature in February 2000. She's such a confident and talented little performer that, quite seriously, in a few years' time, we may well find ourselves saying "We knew her when she was so high....". Abbi's father is Brian Davey who also appears in Mort.
