The right one-act to perform at a festival doesn't always spring easily to mind.

Sometimes, we need a little inspiration.

Hopefully, the following links and articles will be of use. It's a selection of links to publishers, other festivals, and some theatre outlets which deal with one-acts. It's neither exhaustive, nor exclusive, so please just pick and choose; do a bit of digging and some light might dawn!

If you know of another online resource which might help your fellow one-act practitioners, please contact us.

Amdram.co.uk

This is a great site for all things amdram, as the name implies. Have a search under 'one acts plays' and see what emerges!

Theatre History

Not the biggest selection of one-acts by any means, but that means it won't take you too long to check out! Look for 'Script Archive' down at the bottom of the page. One-acts are in there...

Stagepage

The site for plays by G L Horton. Look for one acts on the front page. Horton's plays have been well received at HJ in the past.
