Jane Dale plays Martin and Margaret's new neighbour Monica. Married to Chapman, Monica appears to epitomise middle-class respectability. But behind the net curtains and the veneer of normality she's anything but your average suburban housewife. Herself a northern lass, Jane's also our dialect coach for the northern accents in this production – while she gets to play a southerner this time!
