Joanne Smith is taking up the reins offstage, being George's stage manager.
"Best of all, has been seeing the story evolve, from words on a page to characters and personalities", says the first time SM.
"Sitting back from the cast, it has been interesting to see how we all interact; dealing with new faces and new characters. At each rehearsal more and more is brought to the play and so while we're rehearsing the same plot, we see different aspects with each run through!"
