Whenever you ask Lance Hodges how many plays he's directed, let alone been in, he shrugs his shoulders and laughs! Mort is a story he's had his eye for a while and whilst he doesn't appear on stage - as director, it's his vision of the finished item which he's constantly putting over to the cast.
