A prime example is Mort himself, played by Tom Smith. A Pratchett fan himself, he auditioned for a walk on part, having heard about us through a member. Lance says that even though Tom's not done anything before apart from school productions, it's his passion for Pratchett that stands him in good stead here. He's responded extremely well to direction and Lance says he's a real talent.

Not everyone is a newcomer though. The lady in pink, is Ysabell played by Sandra Langley whilst the 'regal bride-like woman in white' is Amanda-Jo Bodilly who plays Princess Keli. In fact, if you saw OTTC's "Life of Brian" in June 2000, you might remember everyone in this photo - except Tom - from that show!
