The story's most outlandish character has got to be Ruby Pinkbottom. She's worked for the Rutherford's for 15 years. Before that she was Jarvis the Butler - but a trip to a Morrocan clinic soon changed that….! "Ruby is a woman with an interesting part - especially medical!" says Mike! "She's not above reminding the Rutherfords of what she knows and what a grave mistake it'd be to try and get rid of her!"
