Partially obscured by Mike Carpenter, we have Steve Cowdry who plays Mayor Sweater. He hates all this 'red tie, workers getting together' nonsense, and intends to run for parliament backed by his brigand chums. To Steve's right we have two such brigands, Josh Foyster and Richard Large.
