The difficult task of adapting the story for OTTC fell to its current Chairman, Lance Hodges. This isn't Lance's first experience of adapting Shakespeare either - our successful production, Macbeth in 1998 is the most recent.
"I found this play far more difficult to adapt than Macbeth," says Lance, "because of the complexities of the characters within the plots and sub-plots."
