Again, this scene - involving that Mystery Man of Rubber - is another
we're keeping hush hush! It's enough to say that it's one of the
funniest scenes in the play. The classically funny role of Crabtree, the
French policeman with the terrible accent is played by Bob Charman (Top, in
Kepi). Since he joined OTTC in May 2000 for Life of Brian, he's
delivered sterling performances, be they dramatic of comic. His work in 'Allo,
Allo' is no different - his facial expressions are a delight and give
his character a wonderfully funny persona!
