Comedy, tragedy and drama follow each other swiftly
across the stage this week as the One Act Play Festival kicks off
in Swindon...
The Old Town Theatre Company has stepped into the
breach with one of its Talking Heads, written by Alan Ayckbourn.
The OTTC's official entry in the festival is Amelia
and the Man written by Christine Laing. The writer will be coming
to see the performance despite being seven months pregnant.
"It is appropriate as the play is based around an
unborn baby," said Lance Hodges, the director.
