For this grim story of fighting on the Russian Front in World War Two, director - and author - Pete Beard has put together a cast of regular OTTC performers, and experienced amateur actors from other groups. Mixed in with a dash of newcomers and youth, Pete is looking forward to a thought provoking performance.

"It's not a pleasant story", says Pete. "It tells of some of the bloodiest conflict of the second World War, but I feel it is a compelling tale, and I hope it will make the audience think, and maybe appreciate the life we now have."
