(Unsung and The Roads to Moscow were OTTC's entries in the All England One Act Play Theatre Festival 2002)

David Foxton wrote the moving, 'Unsung'" in 1987. It's another challenging production for OTTC, involving 23 characters - played by a young cast, only five strong.

The play is about a lad who has always dreamt of being a hero and takes us through his young life.

Director, Lynne Scragg believes the play is, "A touching story with a thought provoking final scene. It's a real challenge for the cast who are all on stage all of the time."

The three female and two male actors age from 10 years of age to 16. All have had acting experience but 4 are new to OTTC.

"My job is to get them working together as a team and bringing the most that they can to make their various roles come alive for the audience and each other", says Lynne.

Actors Abby Davey, Claire Garstang, Danielle Amor, Imani Bryan and Gary Coates have already impressed their director with their outstanding commitment and willingness to work hard, both at and between rehearsals.

"I'm sure it will be good", says Lynne!
